Step into Boshuis Eersel, a cosy and fully equipped holiday home where you can truly leave everyday life behind. The warm interior, inviting gas fireplace and views of the surrounding greenery create a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

The holiday home accommodates up to five guests and also has space for a baby or toddler travel cot. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, a family holiday or an opportunity to explore the beautiful Brabant Kempen region, Boshuis Eersel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay.

After a day of walking, cycling or exploring the area, you'll love returning to a home where everything has been thoughtfully prepared. Enjoy a relaxing bath, curl up by the fireplace or unwind in the spacious woodland garden with a good book, a cup of coffee or a cosy meal on the terrace.

**Good to know**

• Check-in from 3:00 pm.
• Check-out by 10:30 am.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights.
• Quiet hours on the holiday park are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
• The property is exclusively rented to families, couples and other quiet groups.
• Groups of young people under the age of 23 are not permitted.
• At TerSpegelt Holiday Park, guests aged 13 to 23 are only allowed when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• The woodland garden is not fully fenced but is largely enclosed by natural greenery.
• Access to TerSpegelt Holiday Park is not included in your stay.
• During the Dutch summer holidays, Boshuis Eersel is only available for weekly rentals with arrival and departure on Fridays (4 July–30 August 2026 and 10 July–5 September 2027).

Ground floor

• Fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a cosy children’s corner. Coffee, tea, cooking oil, herbs, salt and pepper are provided, as well as dishwasher tablets and washing-up liquid.
• Bathroom with a ✨ bathtub ✨, spacious walk-in shower and washbasin. Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
• Separate toilet with hand soap
• Practical utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra storage space. You’ll also find a cupboard with toys and games. Laundry detergent is provided.

First floor

• Bedroom with a comfortable double bed and balcony
• Bedroom with two single beds and the option of a third sleeping place on a comfortable foldaway bed
• Second toilet with hand soap

Outside

• Spacious woodland garden of approximately 800 m² with a terrace, sun loungers and plenty of sunny as well as shaded spots beneath the trees
• Lockable storage room with electricity, ideal for safely storing and charging (electric) bicycles

For families with children 🌿

Children quickly feel at home at Boshuis Eersel. Indoors there’s plenty of space to play, relax and create new memories together, while outdoors the adventure begins the moment you step outside.

For the youngest guests, a travel cot with mattress and bedding, as well as a high chair, are available. Inside the house you’ll find a cosy children’s corner, games, toys and drawing supplies, ensuring there’s plenty to enjoy even on rainy days.

The storage room contains a wagon, scooter, balance bike and plenty of outdoor toys. The spacious woodland garden invites children to explore, and perhaps you’ll even build a treehouse together among the trees. The woodland directly behind the garden also offers many wonderful places to discover nature through play.

Directly opposite the holiday park is TerSpegelt Holiday Park, offering a wide range of activities for all ages, including the recreational lake, playgrounds, the SterrenStrand and various sports and leisure facilities. Access is not included with your stay. Day tickets can be purchased at the TerSpegelt reception. If you plan to visit several times during your stay, a multi-day pass may be more economical. Dogs welcome 🐾

Your dog is more than welcome at Boshuis Eersel. The surrounding woodland is perfect for long walks, allowing your four-legged friend to enjoy the holiday just as much as you do.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, food and water bowls are provided. A fixed long lead is also available in the garden, allowing your dog to relax safely outdoors.

We kindly ask that your dog sleeps in its own bed or on its own blanket. To keep the house fresh and comfortable for all guests, dogs are not allowed on the sofa or chairs, nor upstairs. For this reason, a stair gate has been installed.
